Ordered spindles and they firstly didn’t send the key to secure the spindles. Then they sent a key that doesn’t fit and told me the key was universal - which is not correct. Now with spindles and no key and have paid someone AGAIN to finish a job that they can’t. Disgusting customer service!
Should have cancelled the order when I got a note saying they had delivered and they hadn’t and then spent hours chasing said delivery to discover they hadn’t and it was coming the following day!
