The customer service was friendly and knowledgeable. The door knocker is lovely, solid and just as I had hoped it would be for the price. Good advice and help was given when the delivery was delayed, not really to be unexpected as the distance is some way; the staff I asked about this were very helpful even down to the detail of the size of the parcel suitable for posting. Great.
