I recently purchased two large free standing lanterns on line, unfortunately they were damaged in transit by the delivery company. On contacting BCMW, the company could not have been more helpful and immediately agreed to replace them without hesitation and both replacements arrived yesterday. The whole process was extremely well managed by Joanne in Customer Services. Thank you Joanne and I am delighted with both lanterns.
