I was sent a defective product and tried to communicate with their customer service team. I then found out they do not have one.... Someone replied to my first message after a few days with the standard response that I'm probably doing something wrong. I replied with another message detailing everything I tried and offering to send a video showing what was happening. I got a Whats app number to send a video to and could not get a response for another week. Finally had a message that they would give me a store credit for the device. I protested that the shipping cost was pretty close to the cost of a new one and no reply, just a store credit showed up. Thanks for shipping be a defective product and making me take 3 weeks to get a response only to have to pretty much eat the cost anyways. They really don't care.
