Their customer service is probably the best around.. And if there is ever a problem with shipping or customs, they problem solve and send another shipment right away.. This to me is the sign of a healthy and positive company. Also, their tobacco e liquid is the best I've ever smoked. I don't use these words lightly either. I've been vaping for about a year and have never found a tobbaco taste quite like these guys make. My best advice is to try their sample pack, and then start ordering bigger bottles of your favourite ones.. Mine is forte..
