The product is great. However, in the last 6 months I’ve been dealing with multiple shipping errors. I’m currently dealing with a shipping error now. It’s became very frustrating. My only other complaint is the bottle droppers. The tops in my opinion are not good quality. The tops easily strip. Then it requires pliers or something of that nature to get the contents out of that bottle. At that point unless you have a spare bottle laying around, you’re stuck with an open bottle. The glass bottles are nice but I’d love it if the liquid was in a plastic all in one type bottle.
