My order never arrived. Customer services replied once, falling to understand the problem if they had read the message I sent previously they would have understood. I tried to support an independent bookshop, and this is the thanks I get.
I guess I will go back to Amazon at least they have got customer services how actually be can be bothered to their jobs.
