Ordered a book, money left my account, then 9 days later I get an email saying that my product won't be dispatched as the payment was declined.
Only advice given was to order again, nothing about getting the money they've ALREADY TAKEN back. I've opened a query to get a refund but based on what I've seen here, I doubt they'll be any help. Don't bother supporting this business, feels an awful lot like a scam.
