Terrible experience!! Avoid if you can. I wanted to support the smaller seller rather than Amazon, but I’m still waiting for the book to arrive almost a month later!! As it was a present for someone, I went back to trusty Amazon and got it delivered the next day.
It’s impossible to speak to anyone at Blackwells. You have to send a request, but that gets ignored too.
Still in the process of trying to get my money back, but I’m not holding my breath.
