Very slow to dispatch and several days to receive using some cheap service called whistl combined with the worst courier service which is hermes, Item arrived with the clingfilm on book ripped in several areas and part of the foil on the outer scuffed, seems to be no easy returns process either. I don't want to support amazon but i will also refrain from supporting blackwells in the future
