I never write reviews but I felt compelled to write one after reading all of the negative reviews. This was my first time ordering from Blackwell’s. I live in the heart of the USA and decided to purchase the cheaper international edition textbooks this year. After my purchase, I read the negative reviews of shipping delays and poor customer service, almost driving me to cancel my order. But I continued, even after my credit card company alerted me that my purchase was possibly fraudulent. I am so glad I gave them a chance! Shipping was much faster than I anticipated, actually received my order within a week of ordering - which is faster than most of the shipping services stateside. Book was brand new, as described, and packing was sufficient - plus the price was cheaper than the rest. I literally have zero complaints and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from Blackwell‘s again!
