When I received the unhygiene book, I found that there was food on the front book. I will refuse pay postage to return it to them because that is unacceptable. I’m not very happy with it. I’m so fed up to keep delaying to reply me without a real person and I also am very fed up that it keeps robot automatically to my email, I’m doing apply over again and again. That’s waste my time. I hate robot automatically, that’s not very fair to me. I’ve been contacted them for hours. I won’t buy any books this company again because the customer service is very terrible. I can’t contact them by phone. I’ve been very very very frustrated about this. That’s damaged to my health by my frustrations.
