Have had them ignore at least 4 emails from me, they did reply to one to give me a ticket number to then say the matter was resolved while they had done nothing but tell me to get back in touch and they would give me the information needed to return and refund.They duplicated my order and now I'm stuck with four books the same.
Would never order from them again customer service is dreadful and no way to get in touch with them other than email that they ignore
