My reason for this score is that I feel, personally, that communication was poor throughout. Rather than being given regular updates, I had to proactively ask, so much so, that I wasn't sure whether our documents had even been sent (until I had heard from those recieving it).
It didn't help that Ryan started the process and I haven't heard from him since. I then had to explain, a fairly tricky print and send multiple times, as well as having to double check that everything had been accounted for (which in a couple of instances it wasn't clear whether it had been).
I'd really appreciate a phone call about this if we're going to work together again in the future,
