“Took far too long for the order to be completed and also it was mistake after mistake.At the end the order was good but it took nearly two months to get it completed !!!”

“I have pre-existing cards of 400gsm weight, so a yardstick for comparison. My order from Blackwell Print was not 400gsm although that is what I ordered. I also ordered gloss card, and received what clearly can be described as silk or matt card. Perhaps I should have sought a sample pack from Blackwell Print beforehand. I doubt that I will be back as repeat business.”

“Very good service. However, there as one small issue and that was that I never got any order confirmation via email. When I chased this up, my order was not on the system, email reciepts are needed, especially for companies, for their Finance Department.”
