I have pre-existing cards of 400gsm weight, so a yardstick for comparison. My order from Blackwell Print was not 400gsm although that is what I ordered. I also ordered gloss card, and received what clearly can be described as silk or matt card. Perhaps I should have sought a sample pack from Blackwell Print beforehand. I doubt that I will be back as repeat business.

My reason for this score is that I feel, personally, that communication was poor throughout. Rather than being given regular updates, I had to proactively ask, so much so, that I wasn't sure whether our documents had even been sent (until I had heard from those recieving it). It didn't help that Ryan started the process and I haven't heard from him since. I then had to explain, a fairly tricky print and send multiple times, as well as having to double check that everything had been accounted for (which in a couple of instances it wasn't clear whether it had been). I'd really appreciate a phone call about this if we're going to work together again in the future, Callum Flagship Group 08452 258 6210

Didnt meet delivery date and I was not contacted, I had to call to find out new delivery date. My client was not a happy.

I have two observations: - I would have expected notification of despatch by email. - internal comms should have enabled the design and invoices team to liaise. As customer, I don't really expect to be asked to let the design team know when an invoice has been paid.

Hi Damian. All orders will receive a dispatch email with tracking details via DPD - I can see you haven't received this yet as your item is due for dispatch tomorrow (friday). We don't require you to let us know if you have paid via BACS, however it will help speed your order up as the team responsible for processing your order do not have direct access to the bank account to check (and it can sometimes take 1-2 days for the accounts team to pass the information along to the account managers). Hope this clears everything up and thanks for your review!
