“Very good service. However, there as one small issue and that was that I never got any order confirmation via email. When I chased this up, my order was not on the system, email reciepts are needed, especially for companies, for their Finance Department.”

“Not knowing what was required to confirm an order (e.g. thinking we had verbally but not being told it had to be confirmed online) held up the processing so in the end it was panic all round! BUT it was delivered in time - thank you! BUT COMMUNICATION ESSENTIAL AT ALL TIMES. Will be ordering again knowing the procedure!”

“Printing and binding quality excellent. We were able to get a delivery date this time but it was missed by one day which meant the recipient waited in all day for a delivery which did not come. It would have been better to be informed of the change. Packaging had split on delivery but luckily books were not damaged: recommend stronger boxes.”

“Printing and binding excellent but more care is needed in reading and understanding instructions. For example illustration section was misplaced on first proof of Idyll. Also forward anticipated delivery dates would help rather than a courier email the day before delivery.”

“Although the product is usually of a high standard, our last order was 50 copies short due to a mistake in transcribing the quantity onto the works Instruction. This increased the unit cost. My request for file copies to my home address was ignored.”
