“Print quality and admin generally very good. Sometimes let down by delay in replying to queries and there is a reluctance to provide firm delivery dates but as our requirements are usually never missed I suppose this is just a niggle from an old-time printer!”

Hi Ted We aware that sometimes there is a delay in communication and we're working hard to rectify this (we're a small but hardworking team and occasionally we struggle to keep up with the volume of inquiries). You'll be pleased to know we will soon be launching an online quoting system where you can get instant quotes for almost 90% of our product range (you'll be able to get live data about your job as well as payments on account etc). If you tell us your required date, we'll always do our best to meet this - its very rare for us to miss a firm date unless there has been a catastrophic issue. We appreciate your feedback!
