Not knowing what was required to confirm an order (e.g. thinking we had verbally but not being told it had to be confirmed online) held up the processing so in the end it was panic all round! BUT it was delivered in time - thank you! BUT COMMUNICATION ESSENTIAL AT ALL TIMES. Will be ordering again knowing the procedure!
