As a regular customer I have placed high number of orders with Blackwell and I will continue to do so. Inevitably the more you orders you place a company the higher the chance that a problem could crop up - this is the case anywhere! It's the nature of print. Blackwell have been amazing if a problem has cropped up. The issue has been resolved extremely quickly and professionally and my deadlines have never been missed!
