Working with Blair was a pleasure.
Focused training, set targets and goals, and if work/life got in the way then the training was adapted to suit.
Working with Blair enabled me to go from top 3rd in a race to qualifying for GB's Age Group team within 6 months and if that isn't proof that coaching works, I don't know what is!
