So far their service has been excellent, I ordered the unit first and then started ordering the ducting etc after I managed to get the unit into the loft which was some feat as was retrofit and was a tight squeeze through the loft hatch!
Next is some of the longer ducting runs which is going to be fun might be next winter before the project is complete!
