The UK Director is real bad, no customer service skills at all. If A buy a unit that does not work its not my fault, you should have sent a engineer but you don't have any.
I had problems and he would not deal with them, I had to contact the head office in Germany.
But UK should sort problems.
Issue still not fixed a year later, Bad company, find another maufacturer uk based with uk engineers.
Should be a score less than 1 star.
