The service was efficient and the pricing competitive. The inline fan seemed louder than I expected, but that might be my misapprehension. What I didn't discover until after I'd installed it, is the fan, although new, was made in 2013 that is 7 years ago!! If I'd noticed sooner I'd have asked for a recently made one.
