blind ordered five weeks ago and I am still waiting for dispatch?. After three attempted phone calls, three emails and an online 'chat I was finally told the fabric was 'out of stock'?!
This is appalling customer service from a company that deals wholly with online or phone orders. They appear to have insufficient staff to deal with phone calls, and those that they do have seem to be inexperienced and do not give good customer service.
I would not recommended or use this company again - there are plenty of others who must surely do better?!
