“Avoid this company. They sent me a defective blind and refused to sort it out as 'they test all blinds before they send them out.' So, it's obviously my fault that their blind motor doesn't work. Go to blinds2go instead, I contacted them originally thinking I'd ordered from them and withing 10 minutes they offered to send a replacement. This scummy company took over 2 days to reply to an email and then I had to ring up and the same lady answered the phone pretending to be somebody else, so that we don't realise she is just sat in her bedroom reselling other peoples products, in my opinion.”
“I wish I could give half a star. **AVOID BlindsByPost**—they're one of those small startups quick to take your money but unable to fulfill orders correctly. I ordered a PerfectFIT blind with exact measurements, triple-checked on my end. They shipped the next day but sent the wrong sizes.
When I informed them of the mistake, they demanded extensive proof, including videos and photos. It took two weeks for them to acknowledge their error. After they finally admitted it, they sneakily tried to send the correct blinds, which I refused at my doorstep as I no longer wanted to deal with them.
Despite my refusal, they kept attempting to deliver. I read online that if you accept the delivery, you're stuck with it, so I quickly rejected it at the door. Despite having video evidence from my doorbell, they initially denied sending anyone. Only after I provided proof did they admit and apologize. It's been three weeks since they collected the wrong blinds, and I still haven't received a refund. I'm still fighting to get my money back. #wontgiveup”
“Shocking customer service provided by this company.
We waited almost a month for a blind and had to continuously chase, as we wouldn’t ever get a reply from them.
When the blinds finally arrived, there was a problem with them, but again, it took numerous emails/calls and were still waiting for a resolution!! Totally useless company!!
I would never recommend this company to anyone looking for blinds, it’s not worth the hassle.”
“As others have said, do not buy from this company. We ordered blinds which arrived 2 weeks late. When assembled, it was clear they were made with cheap materials and very poor in quality. The mechanism for the blinds would not work, meaning the blinds weren't fit for purpose. Customer service took over a month to investigate, but didn't provide any solution. Credit card company had to get involved to settle the dispute.”
“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I ordered blinds on June 27th and the payment was processed immediately. The confirmation email stated that the expected dispatch date was July 4th. However, a week after the supposed dispatch date, I had to email them for an update and was told they would check with the dispatch team. No further updates were provided.
On July 15th, I emailed them again, but received no response. Finally, on July 18th, I received an automated email stating that the blinds had been dispatched. By then, I had already ordered blinds from another company and no longer needed their product.
If the company had communicated any delays or apologised for the change in the dispatch date, I would have been disappointed but at least aware of the status of my order.
Knowing it would take 3 weeks to dispatch, which is not mentioned on their website, would have prompted me to seek alternatives sooner. This has been a frustrating and unacceptable experience.”
“BUYER BEWARE - I purchased three ‘Khol anthracite - real wood blinds’ and was immediately disappointed by the poor quality and feel. My wife had the same impression and said they looked like plastic. We tried to return but were refused due to them being ‘bespoke’.
Please order a sample in advance of purchasing and don’t make the mistake we made of buying this (without ordering an advance sample) thinking we would get a quality wood product from the description. The wood that is used is basswood and cheap (though to their credit is sustainable). I also found customer service very poor. Please please get a sample before you buy as you may be very disappointed. We won’t be using BlindsbyPost / Hudson Blinds again and would caution you about using them - there are many other manufacturers out there”
“Shocking customer services they said it was my fault for ordering the wrong brackets total lie, ask to speak to a senior manager but they said not available, had To go to my local blinds shop to purchase parts that these cowboys did not provide, quality poor might as well have put my few hundred pounds in the bin.”
“Do not recommend this company - blind no longer keeps slats tilted in the closed position due to probable failure of locking mechanism. All emails requesting a way to remedy this issue within the 1 year warranty period to blinds by post have been completely ignored. They responded within a few days to take my money for the sale and have ignored 2 emails since 13th April including an official complaint request. Goes to show what kind of company this is, interested only in taking your money, lining their pockets and not honouring their warranty. Time to raise a dispute with my bank to get a full refund on a product which is not fit for purpose. I'd like to remind all those who have had a similar experience as can be seen in other reviews (and also ignored by the owner, many people get thanks for positive feedback- but as you can see anything negative is ignored) the Consumer Rights Act 2015 safeguards consumers by obligating guarantee providers to honor the terms specified in the agreement. If a provider refuses to fulfill their obligations, consumers can pursue legal action to enforce their rights. Your first port of call should be a chargeback dispute with your bank where you originally made the payment from. If the chargeback is successful you will get a full refund and blinds by post will be charged a nice fee for the privilege. If not and your order value is is worth paying the fee, take it to small claims court online.”

Was told beige and cream are the same just renamed.. More emails no joy.... So I rang the company explained was cream and beige now the same and if so what is the new name for me to order ( I think the representative thought I was stupid) told well beige is sort of beige and cream is sort of cream..... Got nowhere.... Emailed again... Now received no further communication... Awfull awfull company”

At first I was a bit sceptical, due to how cheap they were.
Ordered two, they arrived right on time and were perfect!!
Due to the quality and speed, I ordered more.
Once again arrived just on time and they are brilliant.
I would 100% recommend.”
“Worst quality and horrible customer service
One of the worst customer service and very poor quality. Do not trust them.
We have ordered our 2 double blinds for our bedroom for our new home to prepare for Christmas. We placed the order on 16 October. The item didn’t arrive until 15 December. We wasted aweful lot of efforts trying to chase. Finally it arrived with a wrong item sent. We were not happy at all. We ended up chasing with the customer service people including Claire, Glesni & Sophie. They put us to test to send several images of the wrong item just to prove that it was not our fault but theirs. Yet finally trust ate to send us the correct blind after several emails and phone call clarifications. Eventually our Christmas has gone past as we did request to send the replacement by next delivery as a compensation considering all their hassle. The stingy unprofessional staffs didn’t accept it and yet asked us to wait for another week i.e 21 Dec 23. It’s now 05 January 2024 our item still hasn’t arrived. Irresponsible and appalling customer service and we wasted 55 emails and about hours on this ridiculous customer service. Please don’t waste your time and efforts. Save yourself the hassle and the deep stress.”
“Don’t order from them!!!! Taken over two months when we paid for fast track which should have been 7-10 working days - sent the order in split deliveries with parts missing etc and some of the blinds are totally wrong! They ignore complaints don’t apologise and leave you with wrong orders - we have contacted our bank who are helping!”
“I ordered for keylite 06 size (x2) white colour skyroof blinds. I opened only the frist blind and realised they are string version and there was dirt as well (missed this in review). So I called up customer service and asked for return but have been refused, saying the blinds are made to measure order and return not accepted (referrring to T&C's).
However on the website it clearly says 14 days return but i have been referred back to product page referring to important note.
Overall it wasn't a good experience and dissappointed with the service. Basically the customer's are expected to read the entire product page before ordering and doesn't indicate very clerly ("Non-Returnable/Refundable").
I would request for a return and refund, as its a standard sized keylite order available across UK and this is not a custom made to order (I had not provided different measurements).”
“Delayed postage and blinds cords cannot be reached because when I ordered there was no measurement box to input the fitting height. There for the cord was extremely short and now they won't send longer one because I have an active case.

“Placed order in section on the website 'perfect fit' the drop down section shows other blinds as well as perfect fit. We wrongly thought everything in this area would be 'perfect fit'. We now have a completely useless blind. We ordered over £600 worth of blinds - others yet to arrive! We were basically told tough luck.”
“I purchased a cut-to-size blind labeled as "Eco Wood," assuming it was a genuine wooden blind. However, to my disappointment, the product turned out to be an unusual shade of orange and was constructed from a rather cheap-looking plastic material. Upon inquiring about this discrepancy, I was informed that it is, in fact, a "faux wood" product. To be fair, if you scroll down the product page, there is a mention of it being faux wood, but the issue lies in the misleading headline proclaiming it as a "Wooden Blind Made from Eco Wood." This headline is misleading, as the blind is, in reality, crafted from unsightly orange plastic. The price of £70 for this product is rather steep considering its quality, and regrettably, I have no choice but to dispose of it.”
“If I could put minus 100 stars it wouldn't be low enough. This is an appalling company. Ordered a blind track and requested fast track. I had to contact them over a week later to find out why I hadn't received it. I ordered on the 25th Sept, heard nothing by 3rd October so made contact. I was told by them that The estimated dispatch date was the 28th (certainly not fast track next day as I requested) but she couldn't see it on the system, got a further email to say it would be dispatched by the 4th October.....definitely not fast track. When it finally arrived on the 6th October, I Requested my postage back that I paid for "fast track" and they refused saying I didn't request fast delivery. Even though in huge letters across the top of my invoice, is does infact confirm FAST TRACK DELIVERY I have since gone to put it up and it has no fixing screws in it and only 9 trucks for slats. No where near enough for enough slats to cover the window. Contacted them and heard nothing!
