Worst quality and horrible customer service One of the worst customer service and very poor quality. Do not trust them. We have ordered our 2 double blinds for our bedroom for our new home to prepare for Christmas. We placed the order on 16 October. The item didn’t arrive until 15 December. We wasted aweful lot of efforts trying to chase. Finally it arrived with a wrong item sent. We were not happy at all. We ended up chasing with the customer service people including Claire, Glesni & Sophie. They put us to test to send several images of the wrong item just to prove that it was not our fault but theirs. Yet finally trust ate to send us the correct blind after several emails and phone call clarifications. Eventually our Christmas has gone past as we did request to send the replacement by next delivery as a compensation considering all their hassle. The stingy unprofessional staffs didn’t accept it and yet asked us to wait for another week i.e 21 Dec 23. It’s now 05 January 2024 our item still hasn’t arrived. Irresponsible and appalling customer service and we wasted 55 emails and about hours on this ridiculous customer service. Please don’t waste your time and efforts. Save yourself the hassle and the deep stress.

Don’t order from them!!!! Taken over two months when we paid for fast track which should have been 7-10 working days - sent the order in split deliveries with parts missing etc and some of the blinds are totally wrong! They ignore complaints don’t apologise and leave you with wrong orders - we have contacted our bank who are helping!

I ordered for keylite 06 size (x2) white colour skyroof blinds. I opened only the frist blind and realised they are string version and there was dirt as well (missed this in review). So I called up customer service and asked for return but have been refused, saying the blinds are made to measure order and return not accepted (referrring to T&C's). However on the website it clearly says 14 days return but i have been referred back to product page referring to important note. Overall it wasn't a good experience and dissappointed with the service. Basically the customer's are expected to read the entire product page before ordering and doesn't indicate very clerly ("Non-Returnable/Refundable"). I would request for a return and refund, as its a standard sized keylite order available across UK and this is not a custom made to order (I had not provided different measurements).

Delayed postage and blinds cords cannot be reached because when I ordered there was no measurement box to input the fitting height. There for the cord was extremely short and now they won't send longer one because I have an active case. Not a professional company at all with zero customer care.

Placed order in section on the website 'perfect fit' the drop down section shows other blinds as well as perfect fit. We wrongly thought everything in this area would be 'perfect fit'. We now have a completely useless blind. We ordered over £600 worth of blinds - others yet to arrive! We were basically told tough luck.

I purchased a cut-to-size blind labeled as "Eco Wood," assuming it was a genuine wooden blind. However, to my disappointment, the product turned out to be an unusual shade of orange and was constructed from a rather cheap-looking plastic material. Upon inquiring about this discrepancy, I was informed that it is, in fact, a "faux wood" product. To be fair, if you scroll down the product page, there is a mention of it being faux wood, but the issue lies in the misleading headline proclaiming it as a "Wooden Blind Made from Eco Wood." This headline is misleading, as the blind is, in reality, crafted from unsightly orange plastic. The price of £70 for this product is rather steep considering its quality, and regrettably, I have no choice but to dispose of it.

If I could put minus 100 stars it wouldn't be low enough. This is an appalling company. Ordered a blind track and requested fast track. I had to contact them over a week later to find out why I hadn't received it. I ordered on the 25th Sept, heard nothing by 3rd October so made contact. I was told by them that The estimated dispatch date was the 28th (certainly not fast track next day as I requested) but she couldn't see it on the system, got a further email to say it would be dispatched by the 4th October.....definitely not fast track. When it finally arrived on the 6th October, I Requested my postage back that I paid for "fast track" and they refused saying I didn't request fast delivery. Even though in huge letters across the top of my invoice, is does infact confirm FAST TRACK DELIVERY I have since gone to put it up and it has no fixing screws in it and only 9 trucks for slats. No where near enough for enough slats to cover the window. Contacted them and heard nothing! STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY FOLKS

USE BLINDS2GO - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I received delivery of 9 made to measure blinds from this company. I received delivery on Monday and took the day off work tuesday to fit them, as i had an Open day with the estate agent for viewings as the property was being sold and the blinds were the last bit that needed to be finished. Delivery was recieved at 15:29 on Monday 11th September. My wife saw a negative review on trust pilot to check the contents immediately incase there was anything wrong. I did so and found 6 of the 9 blinds had various levels of damage, few had clear cuts, some had been bent. I called the company 30 minutes after i had taken delivery to inform them. They preceded to ask pictures which i sent after the phone call. Due to the open day with the estate agent, i had no option but to go and source some blinds at my cost the next day. Blindsbypost continued asking for different photo angles, pictures of all of the boxes, which i obliged everytime. It took alot of chasing and phone calls to chase up what was happening. Following various email exchanges, it transpired there was no remote chance this couldve happened by blindsbypost due to their extensive production and checks. Which could only result in them thinking i damaged 6 seperate blinds in the space of 30 minutes from delivery to phoning them! I was too at a loss as to how they were damaged (it was clearly not done by the courier as the boxes were delivered in pristine condition) but i knew i had not done anything and continued to make my case that how could i have damaged 6 blinds in the space of 30 minutes - which was simply ignored. Firstly they said that as a 'gesture of goodwill' they would have replaced the 6 damaged blinds by me returning it to them and they would replace the slats - i told them on multiple occasions a replacement is rendered useless as i had to go and buy blinds due to the open day with the estate agent. They said they wouldnt be able to do anything else. To close the matter i even stated i was willing to forget the refund and compromise and get some element of store credit (for the value or in part of the 6 damaged blinds) and i'd use in the future so i was simply not out of pocket. They responded that they would not do that and simply offered me 10% off a future purchase!! Not only was i £225 out of pocket for something i didnt do, they then wanted me to spend 90% of any future sale. They even had the cheek to say theres a site wide sale of 20% so really i was getting a 30% discount!! The email exchanges were rude and abrupt at the end. I even asked for management to call me so it could be resolved amicably, only for them to respond saying their stance (which was blaming me) had been explained and they wouldnt contact me. For those reading this, please do not use this company. My brother used blinds2go and there customer service was excellent and i will be using them in the future

This company is a scam. Send me 2 broken blinds over 2 weeks late. And now after A WHOLE MONTH of trying to get hold of them going back and forth, I hav still yet to receive a refund.

Blinds by Post. I sent for two blinds for the front windows of our house. The pictures on their website showed blinds with strings. When we finally received them, one had strings and the other had tapes and they looked really odd at the front of our house. I complained and Stephanie maintained it was my fault and would not accept any responsibility for them. Infact her emails were rather curt and as she was their customer service representative, I think she should brush up on her people skills. Anyway, after much tooing and frowing she offered me a 20% discount if I re-ordered the blinds. I had little choice as it was like being behind prison bars with the tapes. So I placed the order which duly arrived with strings. However, I nevr recetved the 20% discount that was promissed. So it cost me almost £100 to rectify their mistake. Beware of this company.

The measurements were wrong, and company wasn't interested in helping put right. Made to measure blinds aren't covered by DSR, so you're literally wasting your time and money if you don't get what you needed, they won't help to put it right - you've just got to place a new order. Roll the dice if you want to, but be warned that you won't get any support or any money back if it goes wrong, you'll just be left with useless blinds!

Still waiting 8 weeks since I ordered. Was offered a pathetic £15 and still no blind despite their courier claiming it was delivered. CCTV shows otherwise.

Really disappointing service. ordered online fast track 04/06 to receive note that material was out of stock. Reordered different material and blind still not here 17/06 so obviously don't stick to their 1-2 day delivery terms. I don't use again and will go back to blinds2go

I will just never ever use or recommend you again. You have a very negative comment on trust pilot from the organisers. Not surprised one bit!! On trust pilot i received a reply which was a blatant lie! Was told my missing slat was in process of being replaced. That was 17th April!! This company is atrocious and I would be embarrased to say I worked here!!

blind ordered five weeks ago and I am still waiting for dispatch?. After three attempted phone calls, three emails and an online 'chat I was finally told the fabric was 'out of stock'?! This is appalling customer service from a company that deals wholly with online or phone orders. They appear to have insufficient staff to deal with phone calls, and those that they do have seem to be inexperienced and do not give good customer service. I would not recommended or use this company again - there are plenty of others who must surely do better?!

Ordered nearly 3 weeks ago and still haven't received my order. Keep getting told it would be getting sent out after chasing up several times but still not even dispatched. There are many other similar companies that sell blinds for a similar price, next time I will definitely order through one of those. The customer service is rubbish, everyone says something different to you but doesnt follow through on what they say. It looks like they can't keep up with the orders and only prioritise certain orders.

Such an professional company🤦‍♀️😡 I am so disappointed honestly I ordered ages ago my Christmas and new years been destroyed 😭 No sign of my silk roman blinds I have called them multiple times and now need to wait till Christmas or even after new year now Honestly blind by post has left me in tears I do not know what to do I paid £730 for 7 blinds and just got 3 blinds Stupid me to trust such a laid back and irresponsible company I would never recommend any one

A disaster, paid for fast delivery, they ignored me, and only 1 blind turned up, a complete waste of time and money, avoid if possible and read the reviews, its a pity the single blind I received was great. But a terrible company, and no customer service. Sozz ..don't like to leave negative reviews buttons needs saying ²

I placed my order because the website said dispatched within 5 to 7 days. It’s been two weeks, still no sign of the blinds and no reply to my emails asking for an update. Very disappointing.
