Disappointed with Product Quality, Missing Parts, and Poor Customer Service
We ordered made-to-measure blinds (Day & Night Blinds) from Blinds By Post and unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing.
Missing parts: Incorrect brackets due to unclear information and not enough screws supplied for install.
Unclear website: The bracket options on their website were unclear, leading to an incorrect brackets being supplied.
Poor quality: The blinds themselves are not breathable and do now allow any airflow through
Short pull cords: The cords provided are far too short to use the blinds comfortably - 'one size does all'
Delayed delivery and communication issues: The blinds arrived later than the estimated dispatch date, and we had to make multiple attempts to contact them before receiving a response.
While they eventually replied, the resolution offered was far from satisfactory — including charging us for brackets Given the value of the order, we expected better customer care and a higher quality product.
- As from now have not replied to our email from last week, we requested images of the new brackets to insure we have the correct brackets but just completely ignored, We was advised the brackets are not available on the website but supposedly they are.
We hope they take this feedback seriously and improve both their website clarity and after-sales support.
