“Really disappointing service. ordered online fast track 04/06 to receive note that material was out of stock. Reordered different material and blind still not here 17/06 so obviously don't stick to their 1-2 day delivery terms. I don't use again and will go back to blinds2go”

On trust pilot i received a reply which was a blatant lie! Was told my missing slat was in process of being replaced.

“blind ordered five weeks ago and I am still waiting for dispatch?. After three attempted phone calls, three emails and an online 'chat I was finally told the fabric was 'out of stock'?!
This is appalling customer service from a company that deals wholly with online or phone orders. They appear to have insufficient staff to deal with phone calls, and those that they do have seem to be inexperienced and do not give good customer service.
I would not recommended or use this company again - there are plenty of others who must surely do better?!”
“Ordered nearly 3 weeks ago and still haven't received my order. Keep getting told it would be getting sent out after chasing up several times but still not even dispatched. There are many other similar companies that sell blinds for a similar price, next time I will definitely order through one of those. The customer service is rubbish, everyone says something different to you but doesnt follow through on what they say. It looks like they can't keep up with the orders and only prioritise certain orders.”

“Wow I wish I saw these reviews before I had the misfortune of dealing with this company. I bought a blind waited a age for delivery every email I sent regarding delivery ignored until I sent one asking to forget the order and refund me I then was send a dispatch notification. Blind arrived don't get me wrong perfect fit great quality but bows in the middle won't sit straight. Call customer service to be told I have a large window it's a heavy blind (wooden blind) it's to be expected. Explained I've had them before never had this problem it's more a decrotive product not designed to go up and down. Be cut off mid phone calls emails ignored. Now out of principle I'm getting consumer rights to contact them on my behalf. To anyone thinking ordering if you want the assurance of good customer service please shop elsewhere because if you have a issue you won't get anywhere with this company they don't want to know. I'm not one to write bad reviews but this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced.”
