"Delayed postage and blinds cords cannot be reached because when I ordered there was no measurement box to input the fitting height. There for the cord was extremely short and now they won't send longer one because I have an active case.\r\nNot a professional company at all with zero customer care."

"Negligent company with incompetent staff! Received my blinds (very late) and when I did it was severely damaged with bent headrails and missing vertical blinds!!! I will never order from these amateurs again! "
