When I informed them of the mistake, they demanded extensive proof, including videos and photos. It took two weeks for them to acknowledge their error. After they finally admitted it, they sneakily tried to send the correct blinds, which I refused at my doorstep as I no longer wanted to deal with them. Despite my refusal, they kept attempting to deliver. I read online that if you accept the delivery, you're stuck with it, so I quickly rejected it at the door.
