Zero Stars - Worst company I've every dealt with. Everything that could possibly go wrong has gone wrong with this company and it is no exaggeration that this is the worst company i've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. After a long hard refurbishment, I took some window measurements and ordered perfect fit blinds from BlindsByPost. Part of the original order ended up in the wrong location and turned up a week after the rest of the order. This was the first warning and sign that there would be issues if things went wrong. I unfortunately got some of the measurements wrong with my order as I'm not experienced in measuring windows but I felt reassured as I had taken the measure safe insurance that the company offers. Do not feel safe with this measure safe offer, today is the 19th September and I am still yet to receive the replacement blinds despite the Blinds being returned at the beginning of August. I have exchanged circa 43 emails back and forth with this company about this order and have telephoned several times. The lack of communication and care is unparalleled. They initially said they couldn't find the Blinds I returned to them and then eventually did find them. Since then I'm constantly told that I will receive an email with an update or dispatch notification. Despite constant chasing this still has not happened. The latest update is that the team have contacted the dispatch them who has ignored their requests for updates and a measures safe claim shouldn't take the weeks that this one has. I have raised a formal complaint where they said I would get a response within 48 hours it’s now been longer than that and no response despite 2 phone calls to the office. If there was any form of proactive communication it wouldn't be so bad but so have to constantly chase them before you get any sort of response. The money you save going with BlindsbyPost is not worth for the stress and poor customer service if something goes wrong. I would avoid this company in future at all costs!
