Shocking customer service provided by this company.
We waited almost a month for a blind and had to continuously chase, as we wouldn’t ever get a reply from them.
When the blinds finally arrived, there was a problem with them, but again, it took numerous emails/calls and were still waiting for a resolution!! Totally useless company!!
I would never recommend this company to anyone looking for blinds, it’s not worth the hassle.
