“Received my blinds, but when I put them up I thought they didnt look as long as my last ones, so I measured them and realised they had cut them half an inch shorter than I had requested. Although half an inch doesn't seem much and they look ok, I was peeved that they hadn't cut to my exact measurements. I ve mailed them, but 4 days later have not received a reply. I wont use them again.”
“Negligent company with incompetent staff! Received my blinds (very late) and when I did it was severely damaged with bent headrails and missing vertical blinds!!! I will never order from these amateurs again!”
