I am a handicapped senior and when my ever important living room blind broke and living in a rural area I hated the thought of finding someone to come into my home (more than once ) and finding a product that would work effectively, be something that I would enjoy and especially because, from past experience, knowing that it would be very costly to replace. Through a TV ad and the internet I was drawn to "Blindster" never thinking that I would have such a wonderful experience with a replacement. First of all, I was extremely happy to find such a wonderful selection of materials that I wanted. Secondly, I could not believe that this company (Blindster) would be sending me samples to see, compare and touch NOT to mention that I was not even charged for them. Your website could not have been easier to navigate with measurement instructions extremely clear and helpful. And, after all those helpful steps, the cost of what I wanted was much, much less than I expected to pay. When they arrived (more timely than I needed them) this blind was exactly as we had measured and my husband had it installed in record time and it looks absolutely beautiful (better than the original...professionally handled and installed.). I would never have asked for more but have found that my new blind even acts to keep out more of the cold than what I had.
