“I’ve ordered through Blindster lots of times. Products are all very good quality. Website is easy to navigate. Samples are easy to get free before ordering. All of this is great but it’s their customer service that makes this company awesome. Real people answer you quickly- not AI bots. And they have helped me when I need to make a change to an order and it’s my fault. I’m a loyal customer because of the customer service. Most recently, it was Kim, who went above and beyond to help me with a mistake I made and her kindness made a huge difference in my budget for the next several months. I’m truly grateful to her. She even got back to me on the weekend.”

“It was a pleasure dealing with your service. I ordered 2 blackout shades original Order: #4763089. The larger shade was 1/4 inch too large. And I was pleased to note that there wasn't any issue to re-orded #4771451 without any issue with an extra $20 cost. I am very happy with both shades. Thank you.”

“Blindster took my order and fullfilled it perfectly. I miss ordered one of the blinds and they made me the correct size and I am waiting on it now. Should be here tomorrow. Kim at Blindster was a great help to me and kept me informed of the whole process. She is amazing.”

“Blinds are OK. Very similar to Blinds.com, especially the mounting brackets, which are exactly the same. One blind was very easy to install and the other one was very tough to click onto the brackets. Quality is ok, but fells like a lower end model. The room darking effect, does work and is why we ordered them.”

“We have used Blindster for years and have been happy with the blinds. Your shipping notification could use some help. It was still about a week after "Your package has shipped" and arived not on the day specified. But the blinds are nice and we've only had one that just quit retracting and needed to be replaced. As far as I can tell Blindster is tough to beat.”

“Our blinds arrived safe and sound in excellent packaging. Installation was easy but found the screws a bit soft and a couple stripped easily. They look wonderful! We chose Blindster because other family had ordered from you and were very happy with their purchase. I'm sure we'll be back to order more!”

“Great website with simple instructions on how to measure window openings. Blinds for the whole house were delivered quickly and were made accurately. Very easy to install inside mount brackets and snap blinds into place.”

“The blinds are good. Only 3 of 5 stars because we can't get a normal pull string anymore. Only this loop pulley thing. I had to break off the pull tension device that is supposed to be screwed to the wall because I don't want anything screwed to the wall and the dvice locks unless there is tension. Also, the one of the two blinds lowers smoother than the other.”

“Product, delivery, fit and finish all as promised and at a fair price. In the future I will avoid the contiguous cord system for raising and lowering the blinds, however.”
