Hi Joseph, thanks for your feedback. We hear you and really appreciate your concern. Some parts of our products are made overseas, including in China, but we only work with partners who meet strict ethical and labor standards. In some cases, U.S. made components just aren’t available or would make our products unaffordable for most of our customers. We’re always working to improve and be transparent about how we source. “I ordered light filtering shades, described as letting in a slight amount of light inside. Instead I recieved "Blackout shades". I sent photos TWICE and waited 2 weeks for them to tell me that the shades I have are light filtering. They offed to replace one shade (I bought 4). I won't buy from Blinster again.”

“We are very happy with the experience with Blindster. From the point of ordering through delivery(sooner than expected) to installation the process was smooth and instructions and communication was very good. The quality of the vertical blind we ordered was also very good. Would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in ordering blinds online.”

“We are very pleased with our shades. The quality is very nice. The instructions for installing were clear. We should have ordered outside mount instead of inside mount because our window trim is narrow at the top but my husband figured out a way to use these. We will order from Blindster again and will recommend to our friends.”
