“The blinds are good. Only 3 of 5 stars because we can't get a normal pull string anymore. Only this loop pulley thing. I had to break off the pull tension device that is supposed to be screwed to the wall because I don't want anything screwed to the wall and the dvice locks unless there is tension. Also, the one of the two blinds lowers smoother than the other.”

“Product, delivery, fit and finish all as promised and at a fair price. In the future I will avoid the contiguous cord system for raising and lowering the blinds, however.”

“Our blinds arrived in relatively short time, just as expected, and fit perfectly in our space. Our installation had a few challenges, partly due to the unusual space we have and partly because the directions had incorrect size for the drill bits. But we eventually figured it all out, and they look very good. Keep the bright sun at bay while allowing some view through the solar screen. When I called customer service about a small problem during installation, they helped me solve it quickly.”

“Where to begin!! They took a week longer than quoted. They are dirty and have marks on them that won’t come off. Also, they are to long causing the lower slat to not rotate. Creating an almost inch gap. I opted for the no drill mounts which was a huge mistake. This makes the top not sit against the top sill. Over all I hate them!!!”

“Quality and color good as expected. For outside the trim installation be sure the hanging brackets are about an inch or more from the end. otherwise, you won’t be able to put the plastic plugs back into the end of the unit on each side.”
