Our blinds arrived in relatively short time, just as expected, and fit perfectly in our space. Our installation had a few challenges, partly due to the unusual space we have and partly because the directions had incorrect size for the drill bits. But we eventually figured it all out, and they look very good. Keep the bright sun at bay while allowing some view through the solar screen. When I called customer service about a small problem during installation, they helped me solve it quickly.
