“Great tutorials, easy to measure and order, timely turnaround. Quality of the bottom up top down blinds is good, black out is good with minimal light coming around sides that works well for sleeping at night. Installation was straightforward. We were glad we had ordered the sample colors as holding them up in our space quickly made us change our mind on what complemented the space best. Would use Blindster again if the need arises. Would be nice to have an extension pole to help with the up/down part as I am short and need a stool.”

“Working with blindster to place an order has been very easy. The shades are great quality the measurements are spot on and the price is great compatre to the private companies that deal with cellular shades let alone double cell shades. This is the second time ordering with Blindster and we have been very happy. We recommend them to everyone.”

“I purchased blinds for my whole house in April of 22'. The blinds are beautiful and well made. I had some normal wear and tear issue with some of them a year after purchase, I contacted the company and they remade the blinds I needed and no cost. I just had another issue last month and yesterday and the company is replacing them and just charging me a $20 shipping charge. I didn't purchase any additional warranty. Their normal warranty is for 1 year. This company is fantastic! Their customer service is fantastic, they get back to you immediately! I couldn't be happier with Blindster! I highly recommend their products!”

“I used to get my blinds from a local store. I don’t want say the name but it rhymes with “Blinds to know!” They were were expensive. I remember having an issue with one out of the 4 and was told they could no longer match the color and had to buy all new ones. That is when I ordered from Blindster. Blinds came, fit and looked great. Now fast forward a few years and one of the mechanisms got jammed. I contacted the customer service. Cindy was so nice. Asked me to try a few troubleshooting tips and if that didn’t work send some photos of the issue. Then I got an email my blinds are covered and are being remade for me. The new one came and matched perfectly! Finally a company that does what the promised and honored the lifetime warranty! I love Blindster and have them on all my windows. Thank you Cindy and Blindster!”
