“The turned around time was great. I ordered the scoreless top down toy Tim up shades. The mechanism to release/retract is much better than the ones I had before, I like the push bottom function. All shades were delivered to spect.”

“This was out third order for blinds from Blindster for our rebuilt home. Like the other two, the ordering process was easy and once the order was placed, we had regular updates as to status of the order through when they were delivered. We installed ourselves with the provided instructions and are now enjoying the finished windows.”

“I would like to commend Jessica who patiently and expertly assisted me with placing my order online. I am a returning customer. I am a 71 year old retired Law Enforcement officer/Supervior who spent 40 years in my job. Much of that time I was supervising Patrol Officers and Detectives. I was responsible for evaluating their performance, training, and supervision. I was particularly interested in how well they responded to community needs and their customer service skills. This is my basis for informing you how well and professionally Jessica met my needs today. She patiently guided me through the web page to assist me in placing my order and obtaining the best result. It was obvious Jessica takes persona, pride in her job and meeting each customer's needs. “Very easy to deal with, and the quality of the blinds is very good. I ordered the full wood and I’m very happy with them. Just beware if you water inside fitting blinds, they will deduct 3/4 of an inch from your measurement which could resolve in your blinds not fitting edge to edge so factor that in or you will have to get them redone as I did. Company did a real good job of replacing the blinds.”

“Quality product, easy to install and great customer service - Crislyn went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied customers! I inadvertently ordered the wrong mount for my bottom up top down no drill blinds. Crislyn sent the correct mounts, no charge and stayed on top of delivery date .”
