Best customer service and the blinds are exactly what I expected. I thought the valance part would be a bit bulky and take away from the look of our transom windows but they blend right in and when they are lowered, they are absolutely beautiful and the fit is perfect! Thank you Blindster!

SHUTTERS DELIVERED IN PERFECT CONDITION. PACKING WAS SUPERB. FRAMES FIT IN WINDOW OPENINGS SNUG, WITH NO ROOM TO ADJUST. PANELS FIT PERFECTLY IN FRAMES. OPENING AND CLOSING GREAT. WHEN I PUT IN THE REST OF THE SCREWS, THINGS CHANGED. I PROBABLY PUT SCREWS TOO TIGHT. BACKED OFF ON THE SCREWS AND IT CORRECTED ITSELF. I PURCHASED THESE FOR MY DAUGHTERS CONDO. SHE LOVED THEM! QUALITY WAS UP THERE! I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE EASE OF INSTALLATION. TOOK ME ABOUT 3 HOURS FOR 2 WINDOWS, BUT I WAS BEING VERY CAREFUL, AND READIND THE INSTRUCTIONS THOROUGHLY. THE FIRST WINDOW TOOK 2 HOURS. THE SECOND WINDOW TOOK 1 HOUR. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

We love our new blinds. We did extensive research before pulling trigger with your company and found exactly what we needed to fit a very strange spot with no access to a pull cord. We found the ordering process easy and the instructions on how to measure were simple to follow. Our blinds arrived in a timely manner and my husband installed them with no issues and they fit perfect. We purchased the remote option because of how high up they are and so far it's working fine. If I have any negatives (deduction of one star) it would be that they should come fully charged already since we wanted to install them as soon as we opened them and the price point is comparably a bit high, but the other places didn't have "exactly" what we were looking for at a lower price.
