I’ve ordered through Blindster lots of times. Products are all very good quality. Website is easy to navigate. Samples are easy to get free before ordering. All of this is great but it’s their customer service that makes this company awesome. Real people answer you quickly- not AI bots. And they have helped me when I need to make a change to an order and it’s my fault. I’m a loyal customer because of the customer service. Most recently, it was Kim, who went above and beyond to help me with a mistake I made and her kindness made a huge difference in my budget for the next several months. I’m truly grateful to her. She even got back to me on the weekend.
