This people should not handle prescription medication. Glueless and useless. For two months I spent numerous hours chatting, talking and finally, corresponding with one supervisor! Nothing came out of it. Last refill was due 03/26/24, received medication on 04/12/24. They literally denied a medication ordered, where are my patients rights here? My complaint is in their file as well as in mine. BBB will get my complaint separately.
