“My doctor prescribed a brand new, extremely expensive medication for a severe problem that all of the currently available medications have failed to treat. It was going to be around $800/month, which I absolutely couldn’t afford.
The doctor’s office arranged for BlinkRX to provide it for $50/month. I’ve been getting the medication for about 8 months now, and it’s all been so easy! They text me when it’s time to order refills, to which I have to respond “fill”, and I receive the drug well before the prior order runs out. It absolutely couldn’t be any easier to get the prescription delivered. They have done a great job, and I couldn’t be on this medication (which is working!) without them.”
“They offered a cash price on a medication that is not covered by insurance. Two months later when I sought to fill the prescription, the price "expired." They hare giving themselves 12 days to provide me with a cash price which is ridiculous. Horrible customer service and feels like a sham.”

My order was delayed twice with no clear updates, and their help team took days to reply. “I had a great experience with this company! I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews which scared the heck out of me!! However my experience with Blink Health was good! My doctor sent them my prescription which is for a medication that hasn’t yet been on regular pharmacy shelves so this made me nervous because the samples I had been given were running out! After they received my prescription it needed a pre-authorization which my doctor promptly sent back in and was approved in a couple days. I was sent a message saying I would need to pay my copayment before processing my prescription. I paid my copay as well as express shipping(as I was low on samples) they processed my prescription and I received it in a couple of days. From start to finish it took 6 days! I’m pleased with how everything went so I wonder why others aren’t getting the same experience as I have??”

They have burned me one too many times. No more! Seek business elsewhere, somewhere reputable. Their quality control is non existent. I have gotten tabs broken and missing the pieces, yet they refuse to refund. So you get less than what you paid for. The website is very deceptive. I would not order from these thieves!”
“This people should not handle prescription medication. Glueless and useless. For two months I spent numerous hours chatting, talking and finally, corresponding with one supervisor! Nothing came out of it. Last refill was due 03/26/24, received medication on 04/12/24. They literally denied a medication ordered, where are my patients rights here? My complaint is in their file as well as in mine. BBB will get my complaint separately.”

After I order it, they said our team does not approve your order and you will get a refund.
They charged me and never gave me a refund.
Today I called them, they said the cost of it was allocated to a consolation fee. The consultation fee for them means the email they sent me that I cannot order it!
They said it is not refundable but their website does not say anything about not being refundable or anything about consultation fee.
Simply they stole my money.

“I used Blink Health to save on prescriptions for at least 2 years. Suddenly without reason I couldn’t pay for one prescription and when I tried to get it resolved they were so slow to respond that I needed to change to a different service to get my medication. This meant changing my pharmacy too. I have a doctor and a pharmacy to control my prescriptions I certainly don’t need a third party payment service telling me I cannot get my prescription.”
