“BlinkRx is terrible! The meds arrived HOT in the middle of the summer (not warm, hot!) and they tell you it's fine to take it, while the medication instructions say it should be kept between 68-77 degrees (F). Anything over 86 degrees (which it was) renders it ineffective. They refused to provide a refund. This is after 6 phone calls, various robo-voice prompts and reps in foreign countries that don't comprehend what you're saying. I never got the refund and ended up having to repurchase at a local pharmacy. Stay away from this company!”
“My order was processed with a delivery date provided. My prescription was never delivered. I called customer service several times, only to hear that they would make note of the issue and get back to me. I never received any return calls from customer service. It has been nearly three weeks and I still don't have my medication. I think the lack of communication is the most frustrating part of using this service. I can understand that there may be a short delay in receiving medication, but the lack of communication about why there is a delay or why I received a notice of a delivery and received nothing is unacceptable. Do better, Blinkrx!”
“I ordered this specialty steroid drop from them last week when my doctor prescribed this. It's still not been received by the post office. Label created only. Now the small sample bottle that I was given at the doctors has already ran out and I have nothing to use until this eventually comes in the mail. That doesn't help when you're supposed to be taking it four times a day for two weeks solid. I'm not impressed.”
“Prescription eye drops were delivered with the tamper proof seal broken. I immediately called Blink, was told they always open the seal for “quality assurance”. Told them that this is illegal to tamper with the seal. After many phone calls they finally said they will send a replacement “but the seal will be broken”. Explained I do not want medication that was tampered with. They did not care. This was then reported to the FDA, my insurance and to the manufacturer of the medication. After I order it, they said our team does not approve your order and you will get a refund.
They charged me and never gave me a refund.
Today I called them, they said the cost of it was allocated to a consolation fee. The consultation fee for them means the email they sent me that I cannot order it!
They said it is not refundable but their website does not say anything about not being refundable or anything about consultation fee.
Simply they stole my money.
