Customer service following a fault, which was the responsibility of Openreach, was poor. The bot is useless. The online chat cannot take you to the te hi cal team. The communication from Vodafone is much less than expected. Very disappointed. All the agents were pleasant and as helpful as they could be in a system that is not fit for purpose.
