Earning rewards as a member is fantastic & the fact that you can add reminders for people's birthday or other occasions is really useful. Items are delivered really quickly & they have always been delivered on the day stated. The one time (out of lots) that the wrong item was received, the customer service team rectified the matter very quickly, going above & beyond to sort out the mix up. Having brought a couple of plants for myself, I can say that the quality of the plants is amazing, they truly are worth treating yourself to, as well as for others. Family & friends that have received the flowers have always said how beautiful they are, that they are long lasting and smell beautiful.
