I recently placed an online order for a birthday bouquet as I'm currently living abroad, I was very anxious that the flowers would be delivered on the day. I emailed and called support and spoke to a very helpful gentleman (sorry I can't remember your name, maybe Nicholas?). Flowers were delivered and I received a confirmation email. Extremely happy with the service and the birthday girl loves the bouquet!
