I ordered flowers on the 1st October to be delivered in Dublin on the 3rd October on a special anniversary. I received an email on the evening of the 3rd to state that the flowers were delivered successfully. I did not hear from the recepients of the flowers which was unusual. On the 4th I had to embarrissingly send them a text to ascertain if they received the flowers. They did not. I tried to ring the number 076 xxxxx, I was left with a long winded advertisement for Flowers Ltd. I put down the phone as I do not like listening to trivial adverts. I then emailed the company. I do not check emails until evening. I then decided to ring the number again, and after listening to the advert I spoke to a gentleman, who could not explain what happened, and he was dealing with the matter. He was very pleasant and honest, a fact I appreciated. To make a long story shorter, the flowers were delivered on the 5th Oct. with a bottle of prosceco.
The flowers were not delivered on the date requested, which was the main reason for ordering them two days prior to anniversary.
I am disappointed with this, and the fact that I had to embarrassingly ring the people to clarify if they got the flowers. Your computer system needs tweeking, because it notified me that the flowers were delivered, whereas the fact was they were not.
When I eventually got on to your number, the person dealing with me there was very professional. I cannot say I will be using your service again. yours. Nuala Egan
